Search Methodology
 
We provide a wide range of assessments to validate candidate skills and ensure a good fit between the client and the employee, which leads to higher employer retention rates.

Briefing of the company and the role
Arteez Hr insists on taking the time to closely examine each client's culture believing this to be a major factor in success. It is only when we as consultants fully understand the company, the role and the client's corporate culture, that we consider ourselves equipped to take action. To act in haste or without the full background is to invite a mismatch recruitment exercise.

Mapping
Each CV is thoroughly screened to identify and map the candidate's competencies, skills, deliverables, principal accountabilities and other relevant details.

Sourcing through a specialized model
Through this we develop a target list of industries / companies from which we recruit. Further we utilize our network, along with our database to develop a list of promising candidates within these companies. This is presented to the client as a comprehensive list of people that we intend to approach.

Approach and Assessment
Candidates are now evaluated with the aim of determining a profile match with the job, their career aspirations and of the client organization. In addition to in-depth interviews we also conduct psychometric tests that play an important role in the screening process.

Client Interviews
The short listed candidates usually comprise of 2-4 candidates that are sent across to meet our clients. Our involvement at this stage is with both parties discussing attributes or qualities of candidates presented and help them to resolve any doubts that might arise.

Final Selection and reference
Once the client has short listed all the candidates selected by the company under the payroll will be obligated to work only for the company signed between Arteez and the candidate for stipulated period.

Negotiation
If required we assist the client in negotiating the terms of employment, prior to the formal written offer. We also counsel the candidate on formalities of resignation from his current employment if required particularly with regard to "preparation of the counter offer". Our primary objective is assist a smooth transition for both the parties involved.

Follow ups
Post joining follow-ups with candidate and client ensuring smooth transitions.
